Unauthorized chat actions via tokenless API writes

CSRF in MediaWikiChat for MediaWiki 1.42.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to perform chat actions through a victim's browser. Its chat API write modules accept POST requests without requiring an anti-CSRF token, so the victim's authenticated session authorizes forged requests. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-controlled content while the victim is signed in, and resulting actions are limited by that victim's chat permissions.
