Command injection in PublicCMS 4.0.202302.e allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands via cmdarray. ScriptComponent accepts the cmdarray request parameter and uses it for operating-system process execution without restricting attacker-controlled commands. A low-privileged authenticated session gains code execution with the CMS server process's permissions, affecting stored data and service operation.
