Authenticated SSRF via unrestricted catchimage URL

SSRF in PublicCMS 4.0.202302.e allows remote authenticated users to make server-side requests through the catchimage editor action. The /admin/ueditor handler accepts a user-supplied remote image URL and fetches it from the server without restricting the destination. Access to the administrative interface is required, and successful exploitation can read or modify resources reachable from the CMS host.
