Unauthenticated code execution via traversal filename upload

Path traversal in XMind2TestCase 1.5 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the webtool upload interface. The save_file function joins the unmodified multipart filename to UPLOAD_FOLDER before file.save writes the upload, allowing writes outside that directory. The upload route requires no authentication, but public sources do not identify which overwritten file or execution path converts the arbitrary write into code execution.
