Cookie theft via reflected tab parameter

Reflected cross-site scripting in OpenPetra 2023.02 allows remote attackers to steal authenticated users' cookies through serverMReporting.asmx. The reporting SOAP endpoint reflects the tab query parameter into an HTML attribute without neutralizing quotation marks, so an injected event handler runs when the rendered navigation item is hovered. The endpoint accepts the payload without authentication, but cookie theft requires an authenticated user to open the crafted URL and hover over the affected item.
