Cookie theft via reflected tab parameter injection

Reflected cross-site scripting in OpenPetra 2023.02 allows remote attackers to steal authenticated users' cookies via serverMConference.asmx. The endpoint reflects the tab query parameter into an HTML attribute without neutralizing quotes, allowing an injected onmouseover handler to read document.cookie. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to open the crafted URL and hover over the affected navigation item; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of that user's cookies.
