Cookie theft via reflected tab parameter XSS

Cross-site scripting in OpenPetra 2023.02 allows remote attackers to steal authenticated users' cookies through serverMHospitality.asmx. The published reproduction shows that the endpoint places the tab parameter into a left-index HTML attribute without neutralizing quotes, allowing injection of a mouseover handler. The request requires no attacker authentication, but the published proof requires an authenticated user to hover over the injected page element before the cookie is exposed.
