Local privilege escalation via unchecked buffer offset

Arbitrary kernel-memory write in Realtek RtsPer.sys before 10.0.26100.21374 allows local users to overwrite kernel data through a device control. The IOCTL_SCSI_PASS_THROUGH handler adds an unchecked 64-bit DataBufferOffset to IRP::SystemBuffer, redirecting a SCSI response copy to a chosen kernel address. A low-privileged account can pair the flaw with a kernel-stack leak to predict the buffer address and disable driver-signature enforcement.
