Autopilot crash via unchecked MAVLink message length

Stack buffer overflow in PX4-Autopilot before 1.14.3 allows attackers to crash the autopilot via a crafted MAVLink serial-control message. The handle_message_serial_control function passes serial_control_mavlink.data and its unchecked count to shell->write, causing an out-of-bounds stack read. Exploitation requires access to deliver a SERIAL_CONTROL message to an active MAVLink endpoint; the published proof of concept demonstrates a software-simulation crash, while physical-flight effects remain unestablished.
