Database backup via forged administrator request
Published Jul 10, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
CSRF in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to trigger a database backup by inducing an authenticated administrator request. The /admin/dbBakMySQL_deal.php?mudi=backup endpoint accepts a POST selecting all data and server storage without a per-request token in the published proof of concept. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to submit the attacker-controlled form, causing an unintended server-side database backup.
