Member-level deletion via unverified cross-origin request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to delete a member level through an administrator's browser. The userLevel_deal.php handler processes a cross-origin POST with mudi=del and an attacker-selected dataID without requiring an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit or submit attacker-controlled content, and the demonstrated consequence is deletion of the selected member-level record.
