Stored XSS in Mahara 24.04 before 24.04.2 and 23.04 before 23.04.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. The Menus administration interface stores About, Contact, and Help footer URL values without sanitizing JavaScript content before rendering clickable links. Administrator access is required to plant a malicious URL, and JavaScript executes only when a logged-in person clicks the configured footer link.
