Command execution via pipe-prefixed IndieAuth client ID

Command injection in Haven before commit c52f07c allows remote attackers to execute commands by sending a crafted IndieAuth link to an administrator. IndieAuthClient.initialize passes the untrusted client_id directly to URI.open; a leading pipe causes Ruby to execute the remaining value through a shell. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated attacker to induce a logged-in administrator to open the URL, after which commands run with the Haven server process's privileges.
