Code execution via unverified file URI links

Path control in VNote before 3.18.1 allows remote attackers to execute local programs through file URI links in shared notes. WidgetUtils::openUrlByDesktop passes every QUrl, including file-scheme URLs, directly to QDesktopServices::openUrl without warning or scheme restriction. A victim must open a malicious shared note and choose Open in browser; the referenced local program then runs with the victim's privileges.
