SSO account enumeration via provider-specific login errors

SSO user enumeration in Directus 9.11 through 10.12.1 allows remote attackers to identify SSO accounts through the local login API. AuthenticationService returns a provider-specific error when a submitted email belongs to a user registered through a different provider instead of returning the generic invalid-credentials error. The instance must enable both SSO and local authentication; the response reveals whether an email belongs to an SSO user but does not grant account access.
