Service interruption via unbounded log rotation

Resource exhaustion in Siemens SINEMA Remote Connect Server before 3.2 SP1 allows remote attackers to interrupt the service. The log-rotation path fails to limit resource consumption, but Siemens has not disclosed the affected log or the operation that drives exhaustion. Exploitation requires no credentials or user interaction and can exhaust device resources until the service is unavailable.
