Authorization flaw in Siemens SINEMA Remote Connect Server before 3.2 SP1 allows remote authenticated users to access unauthorized participant groups. The rights model fails to separate permission to edit device settings from permission to edit communication-relation settings, extending device managers' access beyond assigned groups. An account with permission to manage devices is required, and exploitation exposes participant-group resources outside that account's assigned scope.
