Forced browsing in Siemens SINEMA Remote Connect Server before 3.2 SP1 allows remote attackers to read and edit device configuration. Certain web-interface actions fail to validate authentication before returning or changing configuration for devices outside the requester's privileges. No account or user interaction is required, and the exposed operations permit unauthorized configuration disclosure and modification.
