Authentication bypass via empty-password LDAP bind

Authentication bypass in Internet2 Grouper before 5.6 allows remote attackers to invoke web services as an existing user without a password. WsGrouperLdapAuthentication treats a successful LDAP bind for a valid username and empty password as authenticated. Exploitation requires LDAP authentication, a directory that accepts unauthenticated binds, and an existing user authorized for web services; successful requests inherit that user's data access.
