File read and SSRF via external XML entities

XML external entity injection in the SOAP endpoint of 4D Server 20 R3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files and issue HTTP GET requests. The /4DSOAP parser resolves attacker-supplied external DTDs and file or HTTP entity URIs, returning file contents in faults or sending them out of band. No authentication is required, and a reachable SOAP endpoint exposes server files, adjacent shares, and HTTP services accessible from the server.
