Local code execution via unchecked container indexes

Out-of-bounds write in OpenHarmony 4.0.0 through 4.1.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code in pre-installed apps. The Arkcompiler Ets Runtime fast paths for ArkPrivate container Get and Set operations accept indexes beyond a container's bounds and access memory outside its backing storage. A low-privileged local account can trigger the flaw without user interaction, compromising a pre-installed app's confidentiality and integrity without a reported service interruption.
