Session hijacking via unexpired refresh token

Insufficient session expiration in F5 BIG-IP Next Central Manager 20.1.0 through 20.1.x allows remote attackers to hijack sessions. The logout path leaves the Central Manager user-session refresh token valid instead of revoking or expiring it. An attacker must obtain a user's session cookie before logout; reuse preserves unauthorized control-plane access to Central Manager and managed systems without affecting data-plane operations.
