Unauthenticated root access via hardcoded UDP backdoor

Hidden functionality in Wavlink AC3000 firmware M33A8.V5030.210505 allows remote attackers to gain root access via UDP packets. The wctrls service on UDP port 36338 accepts an AES-protected hardcoded command sequence that enables telnet, while the firmware contains an always-present static root account. Any host that can reach the UDP service can activate telnet on port 2323 and obtain a root shell, including when the service is exposed to the WAN.
