Information disclosure in IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Web Services 6.0 through 6.3 allows remote attackers to intercept sensitive data. The HTTPS responses fail to properly enable HTTP Strict Transport Security, leaving clients without a policy that forces subsequent connections to use HTTPS. A man-in-the-middle position on the network path is required, and the reported consequence is disclosure of transmitted sensitive information only.
