Code injection in Veeam Service Provider Console 8.0.0.19552 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code via REST API. The REST API accepts an arbitrary file upload and places attacker-controlled content on the server, where it becomes executable; Veeam has not disclosed the affected endpoint or validation failure. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account explicitly granted REST API access and high-complexity conditions, and successful exploitation executes code on the VSPC server.
