Authenticated restricted-data access via empty-array filters

Improper access control in Directus 9.23.0 through 10.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted data via crafted filters. The filter evaluator treats an empty array produced from a null current-user field as a successful _in or _nin match, so the enclosing access rule passes. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and an affected rule; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized data access without integrity or availability impact.
