Authenticated blind SSRF via unchecked redirect destination
Published Jul 8, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SSRF in the file-import endpoint in Directus before 10.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to send HTTP GET requests to internal hosts. The import path validates the initial URL's resolved address but follows redirects without validating the resulting destination address. A user needs file-import permission, and responses from internal addresses remain hidden, limiting direct feedback while still permitting blind interaction with internal GET endpoints.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
