Stored script execution via undisclosed input handling
Published Aug 1, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in YMC Filter 2.9.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script into WordPress pages. Patchstack has not published the affected parameter, request handler, or output sink, so the exact neutralization failure is undisclosed. Low-privileged access and interaction by another user are required; successful exploitation runs stored script in that user's browser context, enabling page-content alteration and access to session-visible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
