Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped name fields

Stored XSS in Project Caruso Pray For Me 1.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script when an administrator reviews requests. The public prayer form stores first-name and last-name values without sanitizing or escaping them before the administrator request list renders them. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but execution requires an administrator to open Prayer Requests in WordPress.
