Unauthenticated administrative actions via missing capability checks
Published Nov 1, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Missing authorization in WPWeb Elite WooCommerce PDF Vouchers 4.9.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke administrative functions. Several AJAX-exposed functions, including woo_vou_trigger_upgrades, woo_vou_activate_license, and woo_vou_generate_system_log, omit WordPress capability checks. No account or user interaction is required, and the resulting access is limited to administrative plugin actions exposed by the affected functions.
