Runtime crash via truncated response pointers

Invalid pointer dereference in OpenPLC Runtime v3 16bf8bac1a36d95b73e7b8722d0edb8b9c5bb56a allows remote attackers to crash via EtherNet/IP requests. Protected_Logical_Write_Reply truncates three response-field pointers to 32 bits before memmove dereferences them, producing invalid addresses on 64-bit systems. Repeated unauthenticated function-code 0xAA or 0xAB requests can terminate the PLC runtime and interrupt its control service without disclosing or modifying data.
