Server crash via truncated memmove source pointer

Denial of service in OpenPLC Runtime v3 allows remote attackers to crash the server through crafted EtherNet/IP requests. In commit 16bf8bac1a36d95b73e7b8722d0edb8b9c5bb56a, Protected_Logical_Read_Reply casts request-derived memmove source pointers to 32-bit unsigned integers, truncating 64-bit addresses before dereference. No authentication or user interaction is required; repeated PCCC Protected Logical Read requests can raise SIGSEGV and interrupt the runtime.
