Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized GET input
Published Oct 11, 2024 · Updated Oct 11, 2024
Command injection in Juniper Networks Junos Space 24.1R1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands via a crafted GET request. A web-application script passes attacker-controlled GET input toward shell-command execution without sufficient sanitization. Network access to the web interface is sufficient, requires no authentication or user interaction, and grants complete appliance control.
