Service interruption via packet-triggered aftmand memory leak

Uncontrolled resource consumption in the aftmand process in Junos OS Evolved allows remote attackers to exhaust memory with specific packets. The process fails to release memory while handling the triggering IPv4 or IPv6 packets, so repeated traffic steadily consumes resources. No authentication is required; affected processes do not recover automatically, and service restoration requires a manual restart.
