Root command execution via unauthorized SI file modification

Junos OS Evolved allows local users with low privileges to execute arbitrary commands as root through its SI command-file interface. The interface fails to authorize modifications to certain command files, causing attacker-controlled file content to be processed as root commands. An authenticated low-privilege account and local access are required; successful exploitation fully compromises the device.
