Unauthenticated iked crash via mismatched IPsec parameters

Improper exceptional-condition handling in Juniper Networks Junos OS allows remote attackers to crash iked through IPsec negotiation. The daemon fails to reject specific mismatching VPN tunnel parameters during negotiation and terminates instead. Exposure requires a minimally configured IPsec VPN and use of iked rather than kmd; each triggering negotiation interrupts the IKE service without reported data disclosure or modification.
