Sensitive file disclosure via permissive trace permissions

Incorrect default permissions in Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved allow local users to read sensitive NETCONF traceoptions files. When NETCONF tracing is configured, the CLI creates its traceoptions files with group permissions that expose their contents to low-privileged accounts. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an enabled NETCONF traceoptions configuration, and it exposes recorded system information without altering it.
