Protected-file disclosure via crafted CLI commands
Published Oct 11, 2024 · Updated Oct 11, 2024
Information disclosure in Junos OS on SRX Series devices allows local users with low-privilege CLI access to read protected files. The CLI mishandles crafted commands by permitting a restricted login class to retrieve file-system content outside its authorized access. Exploitation requires an authenticated Junos CLI account, and exposed files can contain sensitive information usable for further system impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
