Local service interruption via oversized HID output value

Improper input handling in the Linux kernel HID core allows local users to interrupt service through an oversized output-report value. The implement function masks the value to the target HID field width but unnecessarily invokes WARN_ON when the supplied value exceeds that width. Low-privilege local access to a hiddev output-report ioctl reaches the path, and fatal warning policy turns the warning into a kernel panic.
