Kernel crash via unsynchronized RoCE notification

Race condition in the Linux hns3 network driver allows local users to crash the kernel during concurrent link-status changes. In hclge_main.c, a link-status path can notify the RoCE client after uninitialization begins because registration and in-flight updates are not synchronized. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an hns3 device using its RoCE client; winning the race interrupts the entire host.
