Kernel crash via re-enabling unregistered NAPI queues

Use-after-free in the Linux ionic network driver allows local users to crash the kernel by repeatedly reconfiguring device queues. The ionic_qcq_enable function treats a stale NAPI poll pointer as proof that a queue remains registered, then passes the unregistered context to napi_enable. Triggering the fault requires local access to reconfigure queues on an interface using the ionic driver; the resulting kernel BUG interrupts the system.
