Kernel compromise via sockmap reference-count race

A race condition in Linux kernel sockmap code allows local users to compromise the kernel through concurrent socket-map operations. sock_map_close can observe a null sk_psock after its final reference is released but before sk_psock_drop restores the socket callbacks. A local low-privileged user with sockmap access can race map-element deletion against socket insertion and close, exposing kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
