Spurious kernel warning via valid runtime-PM return

Unchecked return handling in Linux 6.7 through 6.9.3 allows local users to reach a warning in the mtk-cmdq mailbox shutdown path. cmdq_mbox_shutdown() passes pm_runtime_get_sync() directly to WARN_ON(), so a valid positive return for an active runtime-PM state is treated as an error. Reachability requires the MediaTek CMDQ shutdown path to run while runtime PM is active; the CNA documents a warning, not a crash or data compromise.
