Kernel memory exhaustion via incomplete HMAC cleanup

Memory leakage in Linux and embedded Siemens platforms allows local users to exhaust memory through IPv6 segment-routing HMAC setup. The seg6_hmac_init_algo function returns after an allocation failure without releasing earlier memory or crypto transforms. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access to the HMAC setup path; the documented consequence is service interruption from resource exhaustion.
