Service interruption via dangling V4L2 notifier pointers

Improper initialization in Linux kernel V4L2 notifiers allows local users to interrupt versions 6.6 through 6.6.33, 6.9 through 6.9.4, and 6.10.0-rc1. The unregister path removes notifier_entry without reinitializing its list head, leaving dangling list pointers instead of an empty entry. Low-privileged local access and a V4L2 notifier-unregister path are required; published material does not distinguish a crash from a hang.
