Kernel crash via unchecked SCM availability

NULL pointer dereference in the Qualcomm LMH thermal driver in Linux allows local users to crash the kernel during device probing. The lmh_probe function proceeds without confirming qcom_scm_is_available(), allowing later SCM operations to dereference unavailable service state. Reachability requires a Qualcomm LMH platform whose Secure Channel Manager service is unavailable when the driver probes; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
