Kernel crash via uninitialized notifier list entry

A NULL-pointer dereference in Linux 6.6 before 6.6.34 and 6.7 through 6.9.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during V4L2 cleanup. v4l2_async_nf_init leaves notifier_entry zeroed instead of initializing its list_head, so v4l2_async_nf_unregister dereferences NULL after csi2_async_register returns -ENOTCONN. The failure path requires a V4L2 CSI-2 endpoint configuration whose remote endpoint is disabled; successful exploitation causes a local kernel crash rather than data access or modification.
