Array-bounds warning via late count initialization

Array-bounds misuse in the BCM2711 DVP clock driver in Linux 6.6 through 6.9.4 allows attackers to trigger a kernel warning. clk_dvp_probe accesses hws[0] before assigning num, so the bounds sanitizer evaluates the counted array as having zero elements. Published evidence identifies a sanitizer diagnostic rather than memory corruption, and reachability requires the BCM2711 DVP driver probe.
