Unauthorized comment creation via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in WP To Do 1.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to add comments to to-do items via forged requests. The wptodo_addcomment handler processes comment-creation requests without correctly validating a WordPress nonce tied to an administrator session. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to open attacker-controlled content, and the resulting action adds comments under that session.
