Improper access control in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7-p1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose tax-rate data. The tax-rate import and export authorization path fails to enforce the required privilege before performing restricted operations. A low-privileged account and no user interaction are required, and the reported consequence is limited to minor information disclosure.
